Updates

The following upgrades were completed to transform it into a furniture store:

Lighting Update

An easy way to give new life to a place is to swap out the light fixture. A new light fixture not only updates a place, but also brings a new look and feel without a full and costly renovation. The wall and ceiling lighting fixtures in the store have been re-purposed in a way so that they can properly illuminate the interiors needed for a furniture inventory. The installed lighting fixtures have brought a seamless appearance to the store’s interior design.

On the other hand, the electrical service has been updated to suffice the plug-in of the appliances and furniture in the inventory.

Interior Updates

The building underwent a face lift including a fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceilings. The trim on the walls and the beams were painted in white. The lower half of the walls and the ceilings were painted with beige color while the walls’ upper portion was painted in ash.

The project scope also included increasing functionality. A furniture display, both well lit and elevated, is placed in the front window for the customers to window-shop.The client was also pleased with the additional office space at the south end of the store and the installation of a double-door to make the furniture loading and unloading more efficient.
